Wellness Area
A sauna session is one of the best things you can do after an active day in the “Nocky Mountains”.
Whether you spent it on the ski slopes or cross-country trails in winter, or in summer, after a nice hike or tour with your bike – reloading your batteries and giving your body and soul time to relax, is a very good way to finish your day.
At Quercus you can make use of a Finish sauna or just relax and read a book in our spacious wellness-zone.
Fitness Area
Whether you want to stick to your training plan also during your holidays or the weather is not really inviting for some outdoor activities, you may use the machines in our fitness area. Of course, free of charge.
Pets
If you don’t want to miss your pets when you travel, please inform us in advance.
Upon request, small dogs and cats are welcome at Quercus!
Children
We are a family friendly apartment house and provide baby-beds and baby-chairs free of charge.
Please inform us in advance!
Washing & Drying
Two washing machines and two dryers can be used free of charge.
Especially when you travel with kids or do a lot of sports, this can save you a lot of packing.
Ski & Bike Deposit Room
To make your stay more comfortable, you can leave your equipment in our deposit room, which can be easily entered from the backside of the building.
Parking
Free parking spaces can be found in front of the house and at the side of the building.
No reservation is needed.

Due to the favorable position, four skiing resorts, and many hiking and biking areas can be reached within a short period of time.
Turracher Höhe, Hochrindl, Falkert and Bad Kleinkirchheim/ St. Oswald are only a stone’s throw away.
But you don’t necessarily have to take the car – just outside your apartment, the wonderful landscape of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve NOCKBERGE begins.
The 18-hole golf course Bad Kleinkirchheim is among Austria’s best golf courses and is only a few minutes away by car, as well as many attractive spots for the whole family, for example, Heidi World or the Reptile Zoo.
Some of our modern apartments offer space for up to six people and all of them are equipped with a kitchenette (incl. cooking utensils) with a ceramic hob and a microwave oven, a bathroom with shower and a flat screen TV.
However, each apartment is unique and individual – some units have a balcony, some a terrace and others a small yard.
You can also make use of the wellness-area with sauna and steam bath, as well as the machines in the fitness-area.
Free WIFI is available in the whole area and free parking spaces can be found directly in front of the apartment house.
