Although we are surrounded by the Biosphere Reserve Nockberge, we DO have a Wi-Fi connection. Throughout the building. Free of charge.

In case nobody is there to welcome you in person, your key will be locked in a safety box in front of the building. You will get detailed instructions per E-mail latest one day before your arrival

The booked room ‘belongs’ to you from 03:00 p.m. on the arrival date to 11:00 a.m. on the departure date.
In case you want to stay longer, please inform us in time! Shouldn’t be a problem – we try to be flexible!

At Quercus small dogs are welcome upon request.
A cleaning fee of € 15,00 per day will be charged.
It is not allowed to bring them to the wellness area and we kindly ask you to keep them on the leash in public areas and when out on walks.

No, there is no swimming pool. However, we are in Carinthia – the land of lakes. Within 25 minutes by car you can reach, for example, the lake Millstätter See or you visit the thermal spa in Bad Kleinkirchheim just 10 km away from us.

We have free parking places directly in front and at the side of the building. No reservation is needed.

The altitude of Ebene Reichenau is ideal for allergy sufferers. In case, you DO need special bedlinen, please inform us in time.

Just 50 m away from us, there is a SPAR supermarket. You can also find great, regional specialties there!

A typical Austrian restaurant is just next door (“Gasthaus Lax”)
Dishes like “Kärntner Kasnudel” or “Wiener Schnitzel“ can be found on their menu…

We are happy to accept Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and JVB. Please remember that you may have a daily limit. You are also welcome to pay your bill by bank transfer.

The use of the sauna, steam bath and fitness area is included in the price. If you require bathrobes, slippers, and additional towels, they can be borrowed for a laundry fee of € 5.00 per person.

Of course, your booked apartment is fully equipped.
You’ll find two towels per person.

The airport Klagenfurt is the closest airport to us. (55 km).

There is a washing machine and a dryer in our basement.

There are towels and a hair dryer in each apartment.
Shower gel, shampoo or other hygiene products are not provided.

We are a family friendly apartment house and provide baby-beds and baby-chairs free of charge.
Please inform us in advance!

Smokers are welcome, of course! But smoking itself is restricted.
The whole apartment house is a non-smoking building. Please only smoke on your balcony and use the provided ashtray to dispose your cigarette/cigar.

Cancellation & Payment conditions

Free cancellation 2 weeks before arrival during Christmas, February and August. After that 100% of the booking amount.
Free cancellation until 1 week before arrival. After that 100% of the booking amount.

Payment of total amount until 1 week before arrival.

There are various shops in Patergassen and Bad Kleinkirchheim. They are either open all day or close between noon and 3 p.m. Different opening hours apply on Saturday and Sunday.
Please do not hesitate to ask us if you require further information about shopping facilities and opening hours.
